Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Eating these Apple Pie Overnight Oats for breakfast is a great way to start your day, as they’re both filling and packed full of nutrients.

Serves 1



  • 50g (½ cup) oats (gluten-free, if required)
  • 240ml (1 cup) plant-based milk (we used soya)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sultanas
  • 1 red apple, grated
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Soya or coconut yoghurt, to serve


  1. Mix together the oats and milk in a jar or container of choice (lidded if using it as an on-the-go breakfast).
  2. Stir in all the remaining ingredients, except the yoghurt; then leave in the fridge overnight.
  3. Serve topped with a dollop of yoghurt and a little extra apple.
