The Good Plate Company specialises in waste management and recover rubbish from events.
The weekend event welcomes adults and children seeking healthy hedonism in a beautiful, rural setting while bringing together nature, fitness and wellbeing.
There’s lots to do
Ideal for groups and families, Verve has an exciting array of yoga & Pilates, meditation, breath work, sound bathing and woodland exercise classes on offer. Plus, there is a ‘wild’ spa and luxury glamping. As well as this, there will be an on-site bar and DJ and in addition. Revelers can also learn from a panel of speakers who will discuss topics relating to health, sleep and nutrition.
And, of course, the best part is that the planet isn’t being harmed in the process.
VERVE will provide water points throughout the festival and encourage guests to bring their own esuable bottles. In addition, 100 per cent of the festival’s food and drink suppliers are from Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire, minimising food miles and carbon footprint.
The Good Plate Company will create a bespoke waste management plan to reduce the impact the festival will have on the landscape and environment. Plus, they will set up clearly signed disposal points and have a daily waste collection.
Most importantly, nothing will be sent to landfill. Waste will be composted, recycled or sent to energy from waste facility (EFW).
“Our ethos is to work with small, like minded brands that share our values of doing the right thing, and looking after our planet,” said VERVE directors Anna and Charlotte. “We are delighted to have created a festival that feels as good ethically as it will physically and mentally.”
VERVE takes place on 7&8 September 2019 at Manor Farm, Ebbesbourne Wake, South Wiltshire.
